Defeat the Shrine Guardian
The guardian is weak to Impact damage, so bring a mace, hammer or axe. It drops the Stone Duck Figurine.
Fourteen optional tasks on the Isle of Neasied each pay out a Steam achievement, and most of them hinge on one NPC: a knowledge keeper short on research, a captain missing his crew, a chef collecting tickets, a merchant who wants ducks. This page covers who asks for what, how many items each task needs, how to open Umbada's Trading Outpost, and where the six lost library books are.
Umbada's shop is not on the island map you walk; it is a separate outpost you warp to. Beat the Shrine Guardian, take the Stone Duck Figurine it drops, and use the figurine at a Crystal Monument. From then on the outpost is a stop on your travel network, and each extra duck figurine you hand over adds new stock.

Interact with any Crystal Monument while carrying the Stone Duck Figurine to travel to Umbada's Trading Outpost.

Wourha wants her lost books back for I'm Not Paying the Late Fee. Four of the six located so far sit inside the Tower of Knowledge itself; the other two are in caves on the main island and need careful Wind Dashing.
| # | Book | Region | How to get it |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | The Great Works IV - Rubedo | Isle of Neasied | In the cave in the cliff below the Cemetery, with an egg outside the entrance. At the foot of the stairs it rests on an altar to the right of the central throwing-weapon pedestal; dash across from the stairs or from the pedestal. |
| 2 | Upim's Fairy Tales | Isle of Neasied | From the watery second island, three dashes from right to left reach a dark entrance guarded by strong enemies. Drop down the hole, dash straight onto the upper ledges and follow them to a food item and a skeleton. |
| 3 | Koko's Sapphic Adventure | Tower of Knowledge | Lying in the library room itself. |
| 4 | The History of Dragons | Tower of Knowledge | Wourha gives it to you after you catalogue enough enemies. |
| 5 | Dams and Weirs | Tower of Knowledge | On the bottom shelf of the bookcase next to the teleporter. |
| 6 | The Old Ones Beyond | Tower of Knowledge | Behind a secret wall above the room entrance; the skeleton inside drops it. |
